Pitbull, possible to use party layouts in a raid group?

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way within pitbull config (or have just written in a hack) to use your party layout rather then raid layout when you are in a raid group? I haven't been able to figure out any method of doing this in Pitbull3 and while I haven't actually used Pitbull4 yet but will check it out sooner or later (anyone else use pitbull4?)....my biggest beef with the raid view is that runic power is not displayed in raid powerbars even though a powerbar is defined for the units, only mana is..... also, I don't want my characters unit displayed within the raid frame party set...and selecting which party to display within the raid everytime gets a bit tedious

Sorry, I started rambling there hehe...so yeah, if anyone has figured out how to always display the party layout that would be win :D :D :D

I don't Multibox anymore, and chose not to use Pitbull, but unless it has changed, it is in the RAID section of the menu. There is a checkbox called something like "Single Party Raid Mode" or something to that effect. It may be a pulldown menu, I can't remember exactly.

All I remember is having the same issue as you when I first Multiboxed with the new BG settings (where they force you into a raid) and my whole UI went bonkers.

But there is a setting there somewhere in the RAID or RAID PARTY section to make it so you only see your current party.

Pitbull is a total pain in the ass to get configured the way you want it, but in the end, it is by far the most customizable and multiboxer appropriate Unit Frames out there.

Thanks for the help here Lokked, you pointed me in the right direction and I was able to get it figured out. in PB3 within the party menu there is a checkbox for hiding party frame whenever you are in a raid, so I just unchecked that and disabled the raid frames...works perfect!!! :thumbup: :thumbup:
