Is there a way for you to put delay in between the duplicated action coming from the slave character?

Say i am duel boxing 2 mages, i cast frostbolt on my host character, and then 2-3 seconds later then it's my slave turn to repeat that attack. The problem is im new with this so i have absolutely no idea how this could be done, i can duplicate actions done, i just can't make it so that there are some delays inbetween them.

I want to incorporate the delay on all of my comands, including my movement, everything, is this possible? Any help will be appreciated, ty. :)

Well, although this is technical possible, i strongly advise you to not do it, because I strongly think this would be against the EULA/TOS .
You may have a look at: http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/GM_Conversations#Regarding_Delays_.26_Timers_in_ou t-of-game_Macros
for Blizz standpoint on delays...

..and even if not, why do you need such a behaviour? -Wouldn't a Round-Robin or some other acepted method work?

Like Olipcs said, this breaks the rules. I would try round robin, like he suggested.

I'm curious -- why do you want your slave to move two or three seconds after the main moves? People constantly ask if there's a way to make toons move at exactly the same instant. This is the first time I've heard a request for the opposite. :)

Well if that's the case then that's too bad i guess. I'll try the round robin method then.
I just want to ask in the first place if such thing is possible, because i've seen videos before where multiple character running on different clients could move in a very good and nice looking formation all in even order, i want to try something like that too. Although if that's illegal, i guess it wasn't on an official WoW server hosted by blizz. :pinch:

Are you asking whether delays are possible? Olipcs already told you that they are. But in both your examples (frostbolt and formations) delays are against the rules.

Or are you asking whether you can do formations without breaking the rules? Yes. Here's one way to do it. Make two hotkeys. One moves the main. The other moves the slaves. Choose trigger keys (the keys you press with your fingers) that are side-by-side on the keyboard. The way you use them is, press them simultaneously but release the main key a little bit before the other key. It's a very easy physical gesture.

But now i know that it's not a legal method i guess i won't be using it. I did some more digging and i found some more methods that i could use, I'll try them all out, including your tips, ty much. :)
