So I've currently got 3 accounts.
1 has WotLK and is my main account
2 is a second account I've been dual box RAF leveling with 1
3 is a third account i'd like to introduce to be instance boosted with either 1 or 2
1 is RAF linked to 2 and 3
2 and 3 are not linked to eachother
My question is: could I have 2 run 1 and 3 through instances for 300% xp? Or have I bojangled the setup too badly for that to be an option? If so, is there any other way for me to instance boost with this current setup?

Was thinking of similar things... however - if any member of the party does not recieve xp (i.e the mob cons grey for the booster) then no xp bonus is given no matter the linking you do. It used to work but was a bug according to blizz and as far as I can read it has been sorted. If someone else would like to correct me then i will be dual boxing my raf crew in instances asap.

I was still getting RAF exp with a lvl 70 running 3 slaves thru scarlet monastery as of last night. All accounts are linked still. Have a little over 1 month left with my 4 accts and RAF. but I leveled all 10 spots on my main. So now am using him to run several 3 slave groups.

If I have then 2 x lvl 10s from account B and C (both recruited by main - A) and the 72 from A will I get triple xp? Or do I need the level 10 from account A there too?... My head, it hurts, it hurts!

With acc#1 being the main link one it would have to be in the party to get 300%xp. Since 2 and 3 aren't raf'd then they will not get 300%xp if it is just those two in the party.
So 1&2&3 yes, 2&1 yes, 3&1 yes, 2&3 no.

Ok, I just tried this out as I have a very similar setup and I am not getting the bonus. I didn't want to start a new thread, as my question is very similar to the OP.
I have three characters, X, A and B.
X is my main, and recruited A and B. So the veteran/recruit ties are like this: X->A, X->B
I just ran VC with the following setup:
X - 80 DK
A - 10 Shaman
B - 10 Warrior
And I did not get any RaF bonuses.
How do I arrange my group so that I have 2 getting the RaF bonus with 1 high level character boosting them? Is it possible or did I screw up my RaF relationships?
For example (using the OP's question), if I used the following setup, would it work?
X - 10 Warlock
A - 65 Prot Pally
B - 10 Warrior
Would then X->B get the RaF bonus, even though there is the X->A relationship and A cons the mobs as grey? ?(

in your example, A and B are affiliated with each other through X.
there is no direct conection between A and B, therefore no 3x exp.
if you wanted 3x exp, you should have done, X refers A, A refers B.
and yes, as a repeat, the second example of having a booster on account A will work, since X and B are directly connected, and are within 4 levels of each other.
IF this is how you set up your RAF, X->A; X->B, then you should level all three together, via questing. once you get a character on either A or B high enough to run other characters through instances, then you can utilize the instance boosting method.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question and hopefully clarifying it a bit better for others.
