Reported for "Almost" killing a Paladin

There I was, minding my own business on my 5xLevel 60 Warlocks, I had just killed Arazzius when a level 66 Alliance Paladin rides over, /spits at me then flags up ... what was I supposed to do?! I was at low mana, pets were beat up, so of course I attacked, got him down to about 500 health when he bubbled, slapped his full heal and then ran off with his fancy run buff ...

I chuckled a bit and then got back to my questing.

About 10 mins later, I got a message from a level 2, complaining that blocking level 1's with spammenot, sucks and that he had reported me for "Almost" killing his Paladin. There is no way that I should be able to do that much damage, I have to be cheating etc...

Another eejut to the ignore list.

But, what's with everyone on the forums, complaining that DK are too OP etc, they are meant to be a hero class. The way I see it is, Paladins are almost Gods compared to DK, they always give me the most problems in PvP.

Anyway, back to questing.

Hahaha, I love that he you made him quest to level 2 just so he could whisper you. Can you configure that addon to block level 2s as well? Imagine if at level 2 he still couldn't whisper you!

If only I had seen it coming, I would have set it higher. Level 1 is usually enough to block the gold spammers, I guess he was very upset :D

just killing 6 or 7 Mobs :) you lvl before you get the first q done, usually, (real quests like kill some of these or take x drops)

I have a paladin main and an DK alt - been playing the paladin for about 4 years. First paladin I've had any problems with so far on the DK (on a PvP server) is a lvl 80 one that dueled me in HH @ lvl 66. Every other one I've met in battlegrounds and world PvP has been so much meat for the grinder to be honest ;) I think it says a lot about DK's that in one of the ABs I entered yesterday (65 at the time) I came out as top damage, top HK and lowest deaths in a 2000-450 victory - and this from me, who will openly admit that I suck at PvP, always have and probably always will.

Level 60 locks should be able to kill lvl 70-75. He is a wimp. tell him to learn2play

It's ok if 5 different people beat you, but not ok if 5 characters controlled by one person beat you.

Level 1 is usually enough to block the gold spammers, I guess he was very upset :DWhat is athe addon? :pBugMeNot, a fairly handy addon, that you can set to auto-block duel spam, guild and party invites, trade spams, etc... - and, more fun, have an auto-response whisper if someone tries any of that with you. I use it, love it, and every patch I pray it doesn't break <knock on wood>.

The random dual spams seems to have died down, thank god, and now if you try to trade with someone when you're at the AH or bank or vendor, the game tells you the player is busy (if you have ever played a rogue, you know the constant irritation of random players coming up to you and just opening a trade window with a box they want unlocked - no whisper or /tell asking....grrrr....I get that now with my mage for portals and food, I just run /DND now)

Although they are a hero class, this does not mean they are mean't to be better than every other class, quite frankly, it's a stupid idea to do so. No, Blizzard have said they want all classes balanced.

And yes, DKs are a tad OP atm. Massive aoe, massive single target dps, self healing, awesom defensive capabilities. Crazy burst and sustained, they got it all. No wonder every 3rd horde I come across is a dk.
