Up for sale is my previous CPU - It's a E6850 Intel Dual Core @ 3.0GHz.

If your motherboard supports socket LGA 775 CPUs, this is an awesome chip

I purchased/installed it December 2007 and never over clocked it. It's listed on my local craigslist for $120 but I'll sell it to a dual-boxing.com member for $110 + shipping - I take paypal.

Brand new this CPU still sells for $170 and up - I originally paid $300 which just goes to show how quickly the price on technology drops. It works perfectly and has zero problems.

I multiboxed successfully multiboxed 5 instances of WOW with this CPU all though I saw the best performance while running 2-3 instances of WOW - From instances 4 and up I started to experience characters dropping off from follow in graphic intense areas (Northrend).

Assuming you have a decent video card and RAM, you should see the following performance

1 Instance of WOW - 60-80 FPS

2 instances of WOW - 45-60 FPS

3 Instances of WOW - 40-50 FPS

5 Instances of WOW - 20-30 on the main with the 4 slaves set to /console maxfps 15 - higher frame rates in pre-WOTLK areas.

Here's the newegg.com listing which contains the full specs plus user reviews.

Send me a PM if you're interested, unless you're in Nigeria or some other "civil war torn, rich prince area... I'm amazed these scams still get people after 10+ years) and want to "send me cashier check paying 3, having me refund the "difference" to you while keeping a percentage for myself and having and have "movers pick up it product" (This is one of the emails I got from craigslist already, lol)

Send me a pm or email me @ jdharward@gmail.com ('mailto:jdharward@gmail.com')

Thanks,

-Clovis
