I have two characters in the "team" (Joe and Wilma) and Joe is the master.
I have 'auto follow after combat' checked for both chars, but it doesn't work. If I move Wilma around during combat, she does not auto-follow once combat is over.
What am I missing?

If you're using casters....channeled spells break autofollow.
Melee character on follow....melee breaks autofollow.
Probably others, but i haven't had my coffee yet.

is your slave toon too far away for the follow command to work? did you "push" the follow after combat to the slave?

Which will be why you didn't see that the OP is asking about Jamba's follow-after-combat functionality rather than just follow getting broken :)
she does not auto-follow once combat is over
Have you set the correct character as the master in Jamba's options and pushed it to the other character?

I had trouble with this option in the beginning also. So I switched to the following commands once I found them:
/jamba-follow strobeon all - I put this in my invite team macro, but you can put it anywhere convenient for you.
/jamba-follow strobeoff all - This I put on my master's down arrow key which is the "move backward" button on slaves.
All I do is keep this on at all times unless I need to park my slaves or am using my tank/caster teams.
