Ok, well last night i finally decided to tribox with the 3 accounts ive had for a while, and quite honestly i have no clue what im doing.
Ive got it setup with all the directions on here, my screen and everything works just fine, but collection quests kinda suck, just cause of having to loot on sometime other than my main.
Do you have any tips or suggestions for 3 mages? thx ahead of time.

You may want to just skip collection quests due to how much of a pain they can be. But if you must do them, then put loot on FFA, then when one toon is done, transfer leadership to the next toon and loot with that one til done, etc.

I have questions for you
-are you using 3 accounts on 1 computer, or 3 computers?
-what software are you using for keybroadcasting?
If you're actually up and running, and able to follow around, then the rest is just tweaking to your playstyle. Read the macros forum here, lots of good stuff.

Looks good to me. As far as getting general advice... just read as much as you can in these forums during your downtime.
If you didn't already know (this tends to slip newbies minds), make sure that your "alts" have their movement keys unbinded from WASDQE. You want only your main responding to those. You can set some alternate keys for the secondary character (maybe the arrow keys).
Your main will lead the pack, with the rest on /follow. You'll need a macro made to target the main and follow.

Ok, well i keep reading about this CPU affinity, and from my understanding that basically is saying which cores the instance of wow is running on. Im asking the question here because i didnt want to hijack the other thread from somebody. My question basically is this,
my pc parts that might be useful to know are as follows.
Q6600 @2.4
8800GT gfx card,
4GB of DDR2 800 RAM
Vista Home premium x64
Since im running 3 games on the same computer, ive knoticed that all 3 are cramping up on my first 2 processers and are going almost 100% on both of them at times, while the other 2 processers have maybe 3-4% load on them at a given time.
My question is, how do i change one of my instances of wow over to the other 2 processers? in hope that my first 2 processers dont have to struggle so hard.

If you are using Keyclone - then under the command section there is an option to set CPU affinity for each clone. Set it once and you are done.
Additionally, I would set MaxFPSBK to 15 and MaxFPS to 40. That will really reduce the burden on your machine.
Some tips:
Get an addon called AutoAcceptInvite - it will allow you to set your Alts so that they will automatically accept invites from your main. Next creat a macro:
/invite Alt1Name
/invite Alt2Name
/FFA
Hit that when you start, then hit it again. It will create your party, then set loot to Free For All.
When you get a collection quest, run the main to the side of the mob and stop - this will put the alt just in front of it - then mouse over, right click... done. I found that trying to run straight up to a mob put my followers too far behind to loot, so then I'd have to steer them up to the loot manually. It works much better to just get in the habit of running up just to the side :)
I 5 box with 4 on one screen and 1 on my main screen. I always start with the same toon on collection quests... finish with that toon then move to the next. I finish with my main last because that ensures I always see the "sparklies" of unlooted quest items.
