Ok so basically, i used recruit a friend. Bought a second account, to make use of the 3X exp.

I am running dual monitors.

I have a mage and a priest, the mage i have full screen on my main monitor, and the priest i have in a tiny window on the second monitor so i can watch video's at the same time :P

My problem however is this, i currently do all the dmg with my mage, then i have to tab out, select the window that my priest is on, then heal up my mage. etc. Then tab back onto my mage. Same with picking up quests etc etc. SOOOOOOOO my question is this,

is there any way to set it up so that i can access my priests healing spells from my mages screen? because at the moment i cant kill with aoe.

I have seen this keyclone thingy, which looks interesting, but expensive :S is there any way to do it without?

If not, and i get keyclone, can i put like one actionbar on screen for my mage, and one for my priest?

Sorry if this post is confusing lol im just such a noob when it comes to this,

Thanks in advance for reading :D

Great intro that will cover everything you need to know.

Under the software option you will find free alternatives to keyclone - but I can wholeheartedly recommend keyclone.

Keep in mind, for an "Expensive" :whistling: piece of software you get excellent support, as well as a lifetime license.

I think that there is a free application that will broadcast keystrokes, written by a regular here. HotKeyNet?

Keyclone expensive??!?!?! At $19.99?

No offense, but if this is expensive to you, you really shouldn't consider multiboxing.

There are free alternatives such as HotKeyNet. HotKeyNet is amazing, but IMO has a much steeper learning curve than Keyclone.

I browsed this thread, thought the exact same thing, and then went to the next thread. While not trying to sound like an asshole, I would have to agree that emesis is speaking the truth.

i meant expensive in the terms of im only lvling two chars, so not so much that it is expensive as such, but rather its a bit of a waste of money to only level two characters once to lvl 60, and then never use it again.

im not that pikey, i just dont wanna pay 20.00 for whats gonna take like 10 hours to do.

So you're not multiboxing to multibox, you're multiboxing to powerlevel a toon using the RAF system.

Just tow the alt around and don't even worry about using him/her. You'll still get the 3x XP for kills.

But there are free alternatives, Hotkeynet is one I used to use, but it was more complicated to set up, so I just paid for keyclone as it was easier. If you have more time than money, go for HKN, otherwise just cough up the $20, and if you dont wanna do that, just keep alt tabbing. I guess you could put em both in windowed mode, then you can just mouse over, rather than alt tab.
