I know it's been done, I know it's not that hard to do. I never really got that far with it, as at the time I found out vent keypress detection is borked(due to the nature of wine, and linux, i know) and so I went straight back to windows. I'm trying desperately to get back to linux, and I just want to run something by the people who likely can answer this.

I have two wine sessions, and I would be running keyclone to pass keypresses between the two instances of wine. Now with Wow, this (from what I gather from google) works perfectly with some config. My questions are this:

1) Can Keyclone(in a wine environment) collect mouseclicks?
2) If 1 is Yes, does keyclone only pass to wow, or could it pass to say ventrilo.

Sorry if this isn't the best place to post this, but since it's mostly a keyclone question, i figured this would be the place. Thanks for your help guys.

hmmm... as i understand it, mouse clicks do work but i have not tried it.

in windows, vent can get messed up if you don't run it as admin. once you run it as admin, vent and keyclone work together no problem

Awesome. So far so good. The only problem I have(so far) is that when I click Add and click on ventrilo, it doesn't add it. Currently I have set it up to auto-add the wow instance, then i go into setup and tell it to auto-add ventrilo. Works great then. Just gotta finish setting up my mic input. Thank you! People have been trying to get this working for years. Oh, and a big F U to the makers of vent. Freaking 4 years of "a linux client is coming soon!"
