anyone know of a leveling guide designed for multiboxers? ie: only high XP kill quests for 5boxing with RAF?

There are some prefered methods and places here and there is you use the search button. But overall it comes down to yourself though.
Take Northrend for example. You'll have to do the annoying gather quests just to advance the storyline. In the long run (A few quests and RNG aside, brrrr) doing collection quests doesn't cut your leveling speed all that much.
If you can withstand the same scenery over and over, instance grinding is very effective. But after an hour or two I'm so tired of that myself I don't want to do it again for 2/3 days, so for me it sucks. :P

problem is, i dont have a high level main to help grind instances with =/
i was hoping someone had put together a list of higher-than-average kill quests starting from 1-80. there are plenty of guides out there that do this, but theyre not geared towards multiboxers so theres a lot of collection quests and stuff that would take too long when you multiply it by 5.

Skip collection quests if you like. Just understand that in Northrend, you're hurting yourself since there are many long quest chains that involve many collection quests. With the nerf to the leveling curve in Outland, you cna do what you feel like. Northrend is just not so, unless you're willing to spend time in instances quite a bit because of the number of collection quests in each quest chain. I'm doing them right now and there is just no avoiding them.

I'm not sure how you have 111 posts and haven't seen this, but:
