Imma new double boxer with 2 paladins both are 23. Are there any good macros that would increase my efficiency in mana and DPS? I also want to ask if there is a macro for a slave loot? It would really help on long gathering quests when switching from screen to screen just kills time and gets annoying.

in terms of mana you're kinda sol. what i mean is that the primary way a pally receives mana to pew pew pew is through blessing of sanctuary, seal of wisdom and to judge wisdom. most efficiently, the one getting attacked will be the one with NO mana problems. the one that's not being attacked will regain mana from seal+judge. no blessing. and blessing gives you the most mana back too.

as far as dps. you're gonna have to tell us your specs. prot plays a lot differently from ret. even though it might seem all the same, seal, hammer, judge... there are different priorities, plus we do get different abilities in the different trees.

to help you with loot, give the slave a macro to change view to face down, kinda, and zoomed in. then have a button that will simulate a mouseclick and your'e set. dont know i think i've given uou enough keywords to do a sufficient search. hehe. good luck!

Well right now my main is Ret and my slave is Holy but when i hit high enough to get Crusader Strike i will switch the slave to ret as well. Another thing is that i have very few offensive attacks so im pretty much limited to using judgements and auto attacks with the occasional Consecrate when i gather a mass of mobs. Any good ideas on a rotation to use when i get higher? Sorry to sound like an idiot but i havent played a ret pally and i dont really know the pally class anymore

im not too good at ret, especially since i played it pre-3.0. i've been prot post 60 and post 3.0, so... someone's gonna have to answer this one.

does having a holy spec pally really matter if a single heal from a ret pally can probably heal half your health back?
plus, giivng the second pally some dps roles will mean quicker kills, meaning less time mobs are up, meaning less damage taken, meaning less heals needed.

Well the reason i use one as Holy and the other ret is cause i need someone with alotta mana and bigger heals. Reason is that i pull large amounts of mobs and then consecrate them down. They usually run away and bring back more mobs and i rinse and repeat consecrate. Hence were my mana problem is coming from. I kill mobs in no time and if i had both ret i wouldnt kill them too much faster but i would die a whole lot easier. Once i get high enough that i get more powerful ret abilities i will switch both over.
