The undead dragon boss - where's my toolbar?

I'm sorry for the vague title, but I'm not sure what instance it is where the undead dragon boss transforms the entire party and everyone has abilities to drain life and taunt. The problem is I don't ever see that control bar. I'm using bartender & Jamba, though i'm guessing the issue is in bartender. Anyone have this problem or know the solution???

your bar 1 should be replaced with the new bar until you shift back to normal form. otherwise, somethings wrong.

I think I have bar phasing (something like that) turned off... maybe that's the problem. Thanks! I've avoided that instance for a long time due to the issue.

i think that's it. i found that problem early on when i had two action bars for my s.priest. turns out i only needed to turn the phase thing on.

On that guy I manally click taunt with my tank and then click 3 & 4 with everyone. Be sure to move out of the green puddle if he pees on your guys.

Its due to the vehicle system(and the patch screwing up my macaroon setup to the point that i lost all my saved settings) That i redid my entire ui basically to only use the blizzard bars now.
scary thing was at the end i still had 5 buttons out of 60 that didnt have a hotkey on them. (im using a g15- 18 button keyboard, plus a keybind for alt-shift-ctrl e,f,q,r and also a few shift-1,shift 2 etc)

The only thing thats different is the way its laid out, most of it ive committed to memory anyways.

One thing i am looking for though, is a mod that puts a cooldown timer on buttons. I cant seem to find one that can just put a tiny bit of text over the blizzard bars. :(
