Does anyone use Alt+key in an FTL keybinding?

Could someone confirm that they are successfully using Alt+key on their lead character in an FTL setup? I'm not talking about distinguishing between LAlt and RAlt, just [modifier:alt]. Example: Alt+Key casts a spell on your leader, which passes Shift+Ctrl+Some Other Key to your followers, telling them to /assist the casting toon.

This bug is wearing me down here, and the author hasn't addressed posts or PMs (I know he's busy, I'm not criticizing, I'm just saying there hasn't been any progress as a result). If it's happening to me, and the problem is in Keyclone, it's got to be happening to others as well, but I've never seen it mentioned ... so I'd like to know if I'm the only one, in which case I can search for a solution in a different direction.

I'm getting ready to ditch Keyclone.... not being supported... full of bugs... just waiting for the Holiday Events to be over so I can switch out.

What's been updated in keyclone since June? Oh yeah...the message of the day saying to go vote for Keyclone as the best tool for its class. Laughable.

I have no problems whatsoever with my FTL set up and alt and have not done anything out of the ordinary. Working fine for me for months.

Got keys such as q, e, f, shift-q, shift-e, and a few more to send slave macro's that require shift/ctrl/alt/nomod other keys all functioning properly. Not experienced a single bug in keyclone either. :p

Keyclone is in a perfectly good working state. Just because you havnt seen any updates doesnt make it any less valuable as a tool. I feel i've had my moneys worth out of it. Sure i'd love to see a few more tweaks here and there and yeah i'd probably fall off my chair if there was an update but feh. It does the job.

I use a FTL setup with Keyclone and have never had any problems using modifier keys, for example, I use alt to cast a given spell on the focus target rather then leaders target. What is the problem you are having? Your defining a separate set of hot strings for each key+alt combination right?

I'm a fan of Keyclone and think it's well worth the tiny price for such a useful tool. I'm just being driven crazy by this one problem, which may or may not be Keyclone-related.

Kaynin and Varmon, just to verify, you've got working keymaps that include the Alt key on the leader (not the followers; that works fine for me)? I mean, in the keymap interface where the field on the right contains the hotstring, the field on the left contains "LALT+"?

Keyclone bugs when you alt-tab out of WoW, the alt may remain stuck for some of your slaves. Personally I got tired of numerous keyclone bugs and switched to HKN, which handles this situation flawlessly.
