View Full Version : Fastest way for DK level 74-80 with 4 shammies in tow?

I pretty much leveled from 70-74 at the 5 Onslaught camps in Dragonblight, but its becoming boring and not as effective. I tried the Highland Mustangs in Grizzly Hills and although they are good, too spaced out for my liking. I attempted Gundrak (Regular) and although I can easily get threw it, the XP didn't seem like it was worth it (2400xp per mob kill rested). Obviously my DK has trouble holding aggro as well cause he's only level 74.

Now I thought about questing him and it probably seems like the best bet, but I was looking to maybe AOE grind him somewhere else. I also heard that the place in Icecrown for grind level 77-80 got nerfed. (Same place everyone and their dog farmed Frostweave cloth X 99999999999999)

I AE boosted my druid at the onslaught camps until almost 73. I quested to 80 from there and it FLEW by. I used 3 shaman and my paly. I would group when traveling ( crusader aura ftw ) and ungroup and tag the quest mobs with my druid, then kill with the shams. I did every quest, even the collections, and was 80 with 90% of IC and SP left for quests. FAST.. not sure how long.. but a few days tops. It was fun doing the quest solo ( well kind of solo hehe )

Also, by questing, I had like 2k+ gold on my druid when i dinged 80

Yeah I started to do this at 75 and quest in Grizzly Hills, but again just doing it seems slower then just AOE mobs down that respawn fairly fast.

You could try running quests on the DK, they tag the mob and then all toons unload on it.
Full kill exp's to the DK along the way, and quest rewards.
Collect only on one toon, they shouldn't be that painful.

This is pretty much what I am doing.

I guess I am just burnt out from leveling another toon to 80. Considering I want to get my 5th shammy on my main account to 80 as well (currently 71) I guess I should take a break after the DK.
