was this before or after you changing you're paging file settings?
and does this happen every single time?

its basically what it says on the tin :)
it wrote some information to you're memory but was unable to re-read that information back so it thru an exception error as above.
Its quite common to occur now and then due to the way windows handles memory read/writes but if it persists consider checking you're memory or even replacing it...

This will fully test you're memory however it requires you write the download file onto a blank CD and boot from that CD when you turn you're computer / laptop on.
If it reports any errors at all write them down and let me know :)

my guess is that you closed multiple wows at once. this was a problem a few months back, but Blizzard seemed to fix it.
basically, my guess is that 2 wows open the same general settings file and try to right to it. one can, the other cannot. this they collide.
try exiting in a more staggered fashion and see if the error goes away
