Lava Burst/Flame Shock/Flametongue or Lava Burst/Flame Shock/Lightning Bolt?

I currently use the first one for my team, but I am tempted to swap out the Flametongue for the Lightning bolt because its seems like I should attempt to get more raw damage out of LB spam then hoping for a crit on any spell...?

Lava Burst/Flameshock/Healing Stream

Though if you have a resto shaman it might not be necessary.

Yeah running with a resto even though its still a good option on some fights.

MUST HAVE:

Flame Shock
Lightning Bolt

CHOICE:
Lava or Flametongue (Both almost equally good, if you like big numbers and are comfortable with your current crit go lava, if you're a bit low on crit as it is go flametongue.)


PvP:

Flame Shock
Lava Burst
Shocking



5x shaman or 4x shaman but somewhat starting gear for 5 mans
Flame Shock
Lightning Bolt
Healing Stream



These are my opinions and though based on some pretty good experience, different playstyles could still allow for different glyph set ups.
