What program to use for video

Ok its up in there air but im trying to find out which video recorder everyone uses with best results. I hear fraps is pretty good but noticed people saying it crashes at times. I had another one a while ago but cant remember what it was it would auto start when wow started grrr. Now im trying we game but not sure i like it to much. Any ideas of what works best.

Apple, it seems to be the only reason to use one imo.

But srsly, I used Fraps back in the day that I actually wanted to make videos.

I'd still recommend FRAPS as I haven't had any crashes.

I use FRAPS and haven't had any crashes either. You can download a demo free from the FRAPS website that lets you record 30 seconds or something. Just try it out and see if you have any crashes before buying or whatever.

Camstudio is another one that works well and is pretty configurable.
