I am bran new to mutli boxing, and am currently running 2 WoW windows open on one machine. I installed keyclone, but when I use it to move, my characters get "out of sync". What I mean by this is that one character gets a little bit off of the other, and it progressively gets worse untill both my characters are moving in completely opposite directions. I've tried to zone in an instance, to make sure that they are going the exact right way, and I still get the problem. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
^cheers^
(ps, sorry if my question fails.)

Put your 2nd character on follow and open up Keyclone settings. In the DNP list make sure your WASD keys are set there.
This will make it a little easier. Others keys you might want to add are Enter and /

1. you may need mouse broadcasting.
2. you can blacklist your WASD, Q and E buttons and do what many of us have done... use /follow.
hope this helps.

Definately, thanks. Although what is mouse broadcasting, and if so, how can I do it? Thanks much!

this isnt actually a keyclone feature. you might find more info on it with HKN or AHK, all in the wiki. this is if you wanna go software.
if you wanna go hardware, KVM switch is for you.

lol nice. you type on your keyboard in xbox?
anyway, search the forums for "vectra" and you should find lots of hits.
you might also find this post useful: [Innerspace] Innerspace Windowsnapper, Repeater, and a little extra sumptin sumptin ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=15769'), the item to look for in this post would be Repeater.

i'm not sure what you're talking about elsegundo or why, as he wasn't asking about multi-machine setups. he also never mentioned anything about mouse broadcasting, which keyclone does support via mouse click passing.
dkallday, the answer to your question was that you need to have your alts on /follow behind your main... and need to block the movement keys from passing to the alts, otherwise they will break follow. to block the keys from passing, go to keyclone/setup/do-not-pass and add your movement keys to the list
if you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to drop me a note.
have a great day,
Rob

keyclone/rob,
my reasoning was that, since he was running around with both characters somewhat independently, some form of mouse broadcasting may be a solution. it has nothing to do with keyclone really. but the second option i gave him was to use /follow and not worry about it.
the rest came about due to his questions.
