Hi,

I try to use XKeys Professional USB (58 buttons) with Mac OS X 5.5 for WoW – but unfortunaetly it won't work and I am looking here for somebody who can help or have a solution for this problem:

1. XKeys is shipped with Macro Works II, including a Macro Manager and a Macro Maker.
The Macro Maker seems to work, but the Macro Manager can't detect the XKey. I googled but I could not find
an update to solve this problem.
My question: is there a way, to make the program detecting the device?

2. I tried to make a shortcut in XKeys. To launch an application, it works, but to bind a shortcut in WoW, I failed.
I cannot create a shortcut that includes the press-and-release-action for one button, but I think that it is necessary,
because it's the way, the key command in WoW works for most of those actions.
My question: could somebody explain what I have to do to?

3. I mailed to piengineering "support", but they do not ever answer since a couple of days and on their support-site
there are no clues to solve my problem.

Hope there's somebody who can help me to find a way out of this
thanks in advance

Perhaps this is just obvious, but have you tried calling the vendor?

uh yes, but the vendor has no tec support and no idea for solving it
