Flashing lights in game (possibly caused by maximizer?)

I've noticed as of recent that my main screen and 4 others on a seperate monitor will sometimes flash almost as if there is someone taking a flashlight behind my monitor and turning it on and off. It doesn't happen constantly but it does happen enough that it has become very annoying. The only time it happens is when I have the screens setup in maximizer. I hate to say it's that when it could be a number of things but I can't recreate the flashing when I'm running full screen or just a bunch of windowed screens without maximizer. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm using a 4870x2 gpu and q9550. Card never breaks 40% usage or goes above 50c. Thanks in advance.

Kinda sounds like what happened to me. I had to replace the video card. But it went sudden however. Once it started going like that it was gone in minutes. Maybe not what you're experincing, idk. Good luck.

I had a issue similar to this, but i relized it was my web browser behind the game. I shut it down and the issue went away.
