Hunters pet macro/addon

I got a question maybe some 1 can help me i'm playing now whit 4 hunters but maybe some 1 know how to let the pets go on different mobs because when i duel box every 1 go on same mob but in a instance its easyer to tank whit the pet when theye go to different mobs so can some 1 help me whit good macro/addon? ty:)

When I played 4 warlocks I used F1-F4 to choose my pet's targets. Explanation:

First I targeted the mob I wanted my pet to go on, and for Char1's pet, I pressed F1. Then I changed target aad pressed F2 to make my Char2's pet attack that target. And then I continued like that.. The macro would be something like:

/target [target=focustarget, harm]
/petattack

And then I bound that to F1,F2,F3,F4 on respective character.

how do ya bound a f1-f12 keys? on your WoW because i only see 1-0 and -+
