Hi there
I currently have a druid + priest combo at lvl 19. My brother-in-law has a lvl 80 DK on the realm. He will help me to boost them.
But I was wondering how the xp was when getting boosted this way. There would be 3 in the party: my RAF duo and him. So XP gets divided by 3 right? Will my RAF duo still get good xp this way? I know that, outside dungeons, the xp you get this way is close to nothing, but don't know if the situation is diffrent inside dungeons.
What dungeons can I do at my level (19)? Will I get more XP from running SM?
Cheers

Also: Is it better to get 2 extra players in the group for the complete group xp bonus?

The xp is so or say the same as if you had done the instance whit a 5man becuse of the 3x xp from raf.
To youre other question

change instance as soon as the mobs in the instace start turning green.
Last question: A tiny diffrence but not worth getting 2 nabs that will wipe you :P

the 3x from RAF applies. In my experience it isn't worth picking up additional people for your party to run instances unless they are alts of your friends. I had just one basic loot rule, any BOE blues go to the 70 running you through the instance. Everyone agrees, Petrospill leggings drop, scrub wins them and says something like "later suckers". BOE blues just about cover repair costs on my server so I was really pissed.
If you are running three toons and in a hurry, put your lead on pass all loot. This toon will still see sparkles occasionally. Click the sparkles, it will be blues and greens (although your lead wont get to roll, the other toons will).
That saves a lot of time you might have spent clearing out your bags to make room for more %$@%#@ linen cloth.
Oh and xp gets divided by 3 isn't really how it works. Your xp gets cut by having a level 80 in the group, not because its a third person. (add another 80 if you want to see your xp really plummet. I did most of the 50s on one toon with two 70s farming stratholme and the xp wasn't that nice)

Just take the 3 of ya. Try this formula:
10-20: DM (or SFK)
20-45 Scarlet Monastery
45-60 Strat
This is pretty easy with RAF. You MIGHT want to throw ZF in there between 35-45 if you get bored of SM Cath.

The setup I am currently using:
80DK boosting from Account# 1
Account# 2 linked with Account # 3
For Alliance:
I run DM from 10-15, then Stocks 15-20, SM 20-40, ZF 40-45 and then Strat 45-60
For Horde:
I run RFC 8-12, SFK 12-20, SM 20-40, ZF 40-45 and then Strat 45-60
For SM you should be able to get to the point where you are able to ding a level just clearing Cath and then resetting. Take time to loot or you will exceed the 5 instances per hour limit. On my DK in blues I am able to clear Cath with 1 pull.
I suggest you do Armory and Cath from 20-33 since you will be making a bit less XP per kill due to the mobs in Cath being red to you. Remember that if the mobs are red to you, you will be taking a slighly XP penalty. At 36 in Cath you should be getting around 400xp per mob under RAF with one other equal level lowbie in your party and a 80 power leveling.
Taking time to loot and sometimes just letting my alts sit I am easily able to get 1-40 in under 10 hours and that is taking my time looting and all that jazz.
I love Stocks and SM; Cath because they are ez one pull instances.
Note that in DM you pretty much have to do three pulls since you have to kill two sub bosses to reach the VC area. That being said leave your alts an the instance start and pull back to there. Also VC and Captain and Cookie can be pulled back to start of instance. Not Smitee comes too but gets bugged if you don't let me do his stun reaching the start of the instance.
In stocks always pull left side first since the mobs on the right side have a habit of slamming and stunning you a lot so you want to save them to pull last to avoid getting wittled down while stunned.
In Cath you can pull all mobs to start of instances, but note that Whitemore will not come to the front to rez Morgraine when he dies. As you may already know hitting Morgraine will aggro all mobs within the actually cathedral but not the hall or courtyard. You will still have to round them up.
ZF is as simple as mounting and pulling in huge waves.
If you don't leave your toons at the instance start in DM and Strat be watchful for patrols. Stocks and Cath you don't have to worry about patrols.
