No one can. They bob at somewhat random times. When I multi-fish-box, I just use FishBuddy (or whatever the name of that mod is) so that I can double-right-click and recast as soon as they catch. Also, I have each of my boxes playing a different sound for the splash so that I can tell who caught the fish. Of course, I have to distance the characters from each other so that one character's splash doesn't trigger the sound on another box.

No one can. I believe I could with 10 hotkeys using Innerspace.

Two keys per client, one causes mouse to broadcast movement to that client only, the other causes the rightclicks necessary to nail the bobber... it would be very intensive and like playing whack a mole...

it would be very intensive and like playing whack a mole... This is what I found. I was also only able to do 4 at a time with any sort of success. The main character was just sitting back looking at the 4 bobbers for signs of movement. Kind of a fun exercise in multitasking though!

They bob at somewhat random times.
They only bob, at 3 time intervals after casting 3, 5.5, and 7 seconds. If it goes beyond 7 you failed and will have to recast. Knowing that and using a roundrobin you should be able to cast all 5 and move to each one for the scheduled bob if it doesn't happen move to the next, etc.

I found a trackball to be really handy for fishing, as you can postion the cursor over the bobber, let go, and it will stay put. I used to fish on 2 accounts back when I was low enough for deviate fish to be worth something (got the recipe for 2s72c XD). One would sit and fish in one spot, while the one with a mount ran round all the pool spawns in the barrens (most efficient way to get deviate fish).

Not tried 5-box fishing, but 4-box fishing is easy and nicer then solo fishing (ie. you dont fall asleep while doing it.)

I just have cast rod on round robin, cast two, wait until the cast is 50% then cast the other two, and try to cast them two by two which seems to work best.

I got lucky and had the Savory Deviate Delight recipe drop on a random shard farming expedition (finally got 2+warlock summoned to Dalaran), so I decided it was time to start work on fishing.

I decided that 5 would be too much, as the area I'd have to look at would be too big, so just the slaves are fishing, and their windows are on the main monitor now, instead of the 2nd one.

My characters are arranged like this:

Yellow in top left, orange top right, pink bottom left, green bottom right. Red on monitor 2.

All but red have their sound turned off, and red has it set to work while in background, and is facing a point between yellow and orange, so with my 5.1 speakers I can tell which float to click on by the direction of the sound.

If I have trouble positioning them like this at other locations so I can use the leader's sound field, I might get a couple more of those cheap USB sound dongles and see if I can assign a WoW to each sound device, then tape headphones from them to each corner of my monitor and turn them up full (I've got loads of spare headphones, and those sound dongles only cost about £3 on ebay).
