Hey all, been a lurker for a while around these parts and finally got a 2nd account to start messing around with dualboxing.

I've been lvling a hunter/druid team for a while now, but have recently run into a little problem. I was originally running 2 windows of WoW (windowed mode) and not having any problems. As of late, I have been getting lots of weird graphical errors/glitches when I have two windows open. I can run both full screen fine with no errors whatsoever and alt-tab between the two, but this causes follow-lag and I often lose my follower. I'm stumped as to what the problem is, I've reinstalled drivers. Currently using Geforce 8800 GTS 512mb.

Seeking any input you guys might have on this issue

Thanks

The first thing I do when I encounter any problem with my computer is think back to the last thing I changed before the issue popped up. Literally the last thing you changed. I don`t mean empty the trash can. I mean I installed a game, or grabbed some driver `update` and installed it or changed the slot a card was in, or whatever. That usually gives me a hint of what is going wrong.
A few tips though, you can double check you have the most up-to-date drivers, try changing the card slot, ummm.... not much else I can think of other than getting another card and plugging it in to check the hardware. I know that is something no one wants to hear, but it`s a possibility.

Good Luck

Are you sure that you have the most recent drivers for your card? I have the 8600 gt nividia card and I was also having some issues only when I had more than one client open. This started when I updated drivers from what I had been using which was the original driver that came with the card. I had to revert back to the original driver to stop the glitches. The other day though, I checked the nvidia site and there was another new driver available (sorry dont know the ver number, its a new driver since 2009 though) I installed this newest driver and have not had these glitches anymore.

One other thing that someone else suggested that may have solved my problems was to delete your config.wtf file . I did that after I installed the newest driver and have had no problems, so it could be the new driver or deleting the config.wtf that helped.
