Never thought I'd actually do it, and the BF was skeptical too, either, but I managed to take down Shirrak the Dead Watcher with an all caster team :D

Lost the void, and lost the mage, but it's better than the 10+ wipes I'd had previously. The addition of the Glyph of Voidwalker (finally) probably went a long way to this victory. I ended up fighting him up on his platform, took the shaman off of "backup heals" and put the priest there instead, and used Wrath instead of Starfire on the Druid. I kept them all grouped up, and strafed back and forth when he set off the flares. When he pulled into the middle, I fired off all my instant spells while in the air, Renewed and shielded the void, then backed off quick and resumed casting, keeping renew up, PW: S as much as possible, and health funneling for the 30% damage redux.
Oh yeah, and I beat that other guy, too.
