Old New Hobby

Since I'm not playing wow anymore I decided to get into something I used to do when I was younger. That is paint miniatures. When I was a kid I never had enough cash to buy warhammer stuff. So I went down and picked up some paints, figures and other stuff/tools.

The hobby store I found was amazing! They had 3 sections. One for warhammer tabletop, books, paints figures. Pretty much all of their retail stuff. Now in the middle section is where I was blown away. They had a 30 PC LAN setup! There were about 10 people in there and they were all playing world of warcraft. And the last section was for the RP people (D&D etc). Then the icing on the cake was that they are open 24/7!!

Unreal that I had never heard of this place and just happened to find it with intrest in an old hobby.

So you sat down and started playing wow and forgot about the miniatures and paints? :P

I know if i hadthe time and i could find a good place with enough people id be playing star craft all day. For some reason its just that much more interesting on a Lan than it is online. theres nothing like seeing your opponents face as your hydralisk/guardian swarm moves in for the kill. :)

But yea if I could find a place that did nothing but play DOTA all day, I'd live there.
