I can't really find a single good totem that is accessible to me. I'm even starting to look at lvl 60-70 totems.
Lava burst totem is ok.. but LB/CL totem feels so lackluster since LB is almost never used in pvp anymore.. and.. CL is only like 1/3 of your dmg.

Where are all the Savage/Hateful totems?

savage/hateful totems doesnt exist just like wepons.

Next patch the hex totems gets a buff..

Totem of Hex now correctly grants 165 spell power to Chain Lightning and Lightning Bolt, up from 85.
