Keyclone hangs on start

I've been using keyclone for a long while without problems, but now on my other computer when I start the application nothing happens. There's no GUI showing anywhere, but I can see it running in the task manager. When I'm trying to close it from the task manager nothing happens either.
I have redownloaded the latest version and reinstalled without success.

Trying to start keyclone again tells me that I already got an application running.

What could have happend? :E

when in doubt, blow away the keyclone folder and re-install from scratch.

while you are at it, pull down the alpha (link ('http://solidice.com/keyclone/gurb') ) and try that.

let me know if that doesn't work

Well, got it back up and running now.

So, after I had tried to terminate the application from the task manager and it wouldn't let me, I left the computer running while watching series on my main box.
After about 10-20 minutes it actually did shut down keyclone and the next time I started it it worked like it should.
Trying to reproduce the error, I rebooted and did the same procedure with the same results.

What does that mean? Is that box having problems freeing up memory or something?

Well, won't shut that computer off ever again! :D
