I have fished in org for about 2 min and this happens i fished in iron forge for 2 hours and never catch old ironjaw

Proof positive, as if any more were needed, that Blizz's "random" number generator is anything but. :-)

Unless they fixed it, if you have the "Crocolisks in the City" quest and haven't looted the crocolisk, Old Crafty is a 100% drop chance. Doesn't work for Old Ironjaw though :(.
