2 man team?

Whats a good team for a 2 man team? ?(

New to this so im trying to start a 2 man team just looking for some suggestions.

Nearly anything is viable, just as each of the primary classes are viable solo.

I suspect you will get quantitatively and qualitatively more helpful input if you give us a little more information about your background (new to WoW, have a main already, etc.) , interests (PvP, PvE), and goals.

Very simply:

For pure DPS versatility, it's hard IMO to beat two hunters.

Having a rez is nice, but frankly much more important when you are planning on 5- or more solo boxing PvE dungeons and raids. If you want a rez, a priest/mage make a nice combo IMO.

Well, I'm pretty new to this and so you may take my input with a pinch of salt, but I've tried a 2 box shaman team and didn't like it too much, took it to 30 and got bored. Now I'm playing with 2 demo spec'd locks and am loving it. I would have gone with hunters, but they are getting slapped by the nerf bat in the next patch :(

2 boomkins - high armor, great dmg, able to heal.

Pally + Priest: (ret + disc): almost no downtime, can AOE really well (pally just use consecration, and priest makes sure pally is healed, and then single target damage)

and both can rez... so unless you really wipe, you don't need to spirit run at all
