Levelling efficiently advice

Hi All,

It has been a while since I have been multiboxing, but its time for me to get back into it. When the xpac hit I rolled a solo DK who is my new main as a tank in my guild. He is now 25man geared and in the raiding groove and thus I have time to play my shammies.

Given it has been a couple months I am hoping there are some experienced players that can offer me some advice on how to level my shammies as efficiently as possible. My goal for my shammies at 80 is PvP and fun in Arena. My original multiboxing team was 1 prot pally 4 shammies 1 resto , 3 ele and I mainly used them for farming and PvE (1000 gold from dailies ftw)

Now to my key question
What is the fastest and easiest way to level them to 80? They are on full rested XP and I am happy to use this up and let it rebuild. Should I focus on running instances? quest grind? combo of both? I am also happy to leave my pally behind and use my DK to run them through instances if this would be a faster option without effecting XP too much, in fact at 80 I plan to drop the pally for the DK when farming.

I have read some topics on this however I am specifically interested in making the most of my situation and hope someone can share some experience as to how I would best go about it.

Fastest leveling I'm pretty sure would be to leave the pally behind and have your 80 DK run the shammies through 5-mans with their rested XP.

That won't get you the cash and uniform gear upgrades of questing, so you may want to do a mix. With a combination, you can just skip all collection quests, even those that unlock quest chains. You can just buy the shammies crafted gear at 80, which is equivalent or superior to all the quest gear.
