Help with quartz

I am having some problems with Quartz. It seems it's suppose to track buffs, dots, etc as well as a spell timer for all kinds of things. I get the spell timers, but that's it. All the modules are enabled and it's the default setup. Any help would be appreciated.

Not quartz related exactly...

I have yet to find an addon stronger then Dot Timer for tracking durations.
It won't recast buffs that are almost gone, like say Pally Power.
But for tracking which buffs or totems are up, the cooldown on an ability, the dots on a mob, multiple targets etc.. it is the best imo, by a long shot.
