Hi,

I found a repetetive crash in Keyclone. Not serious though!

Running on Vista x64:

- When I start keyclone and have it minimized and accidentially start a second one I get the message that it is running already and the second one is not starting. (I know there is an option to be able to start more keyclones per machine which I have disabled cause it was not my intention to run two keyclones on one machine)

After that I can't select the first one (minimized) any more and have to kill it with the task manager.

This is not serious, just odd.

For the rest I am VERY happy with Keyclone and find it a superb piece of software to use. Much functionality and easy to configure.
Keep up the good work !

cheers

hmmm... i'm on vista64 and i just tried that.

keyclone running... minimize.
run 2nd keyclone... get message about already running... 2nd keyclone exits.

at that point i can double-click the tool tray icon to bring up the 1st keyclone. (bring to front will also do it)

is this not happening for you?

(I didn't play WOW when I tried it.) So the "crash" is not always reproduce able.

I had it often that I could not activate the icon in the icon tray (next to the clock). no double click, single click whatever.
Only thing I could do was taskmanger and killing keyclone.

like I said I couldn't reproduce it yesterday evening myself.

Just a FYI, if others have problems with it as well.

Keep up the good work on keyclone.

To reproduce the error here:
Start up keyclone, start up the game from the command box: 1;2;3;4 and push connect. Play for a while.
Exit game inside WoW. (Here i usualy get an error that keyclone has stopped responding) if not
Minimize Keyclone and you got the problem. Im also using V1.8k

Im running Vista 32 bit btw.

are you running keyclone as admin?

being logged in as admin or with admin rights is not the same. you must right-click/run-as-admin or set the properties/advanced on the shortcut

couldn't reproduce it in the last two days.
I deactivated the vista admin crap and run everything as admin.
(Under properties it was NOT running as admin before)

After reading this post I changed the properies to admin rights it in the shortcut on my desktop

Cheers
