MAcro guru's please help with retri paladin macro

Oke, so I started this 4x retri paladin team with a resto shaman as 5th..

works absolute awesome, but now since i've hit lvl 45, I got this new talent where on a crit, my next flash of light becomes instant cast.

My question would be,

If there is a method to combine the instant heal macro:

/cast flash of light
/stopcasting

With my main attack macro, so it will just perform the judgement whenever its up, otherwise try to use flash of light wich would be instant cast if I am able to do it.

/assist <main>
/startattack
/cast judgement of light

/cast flash of light
/stopcasting

Also tryed a castsequence with

/castsequence judgement of light, flash of light
/stopcasting

but that doesnt work, it would work first time, but if I havent crit after that, it would keep on trying to perform flash of light.

Would a /castrandom work, or would it maybe block on the flash as well.. don't know

i guess you could miss a free heal if you randomly get alot of JoL in a row. But if you're spamming you shouldn't

I would think you should use something like a modifier button for when you crit.

Try

/cast Judgement of Light; [modifier=alt] Flash of Light;

That should work.

i am a fan of the above comment. use a modifier. its not that hard, though i know sometimes we do miss it when something crits.
