Next Multiboxing event?

Long ago we had the Hogger raid, gawd that was dope.

Before that ... i forget,

But in anysense whens the next multiboxing party!

We could... crash the server by all jumping into dalaran at once
we could train our way through cities.
Or my personal favoirite would be to start in SW and head to STV and try to kill someone, some normal level 30 hahaha.

Anyhow Ellay, Vyn, Fur get cracking, we're all burnt out on leveling and the PvP grind.

Well next patch we can make DK's on any server. SO i would say set a time and and announce a server maybe a month after the patch is released, that will give everyone enough time to make some DK's and level them up enough to get out of the starting area. then on that day regardless of level hit up northrend and bring back the meaning of world pvp

With the new patch, it also increases the healing from blood aura, so with 40 blood DK's in a raid, and add blood presence, or whichever it is that gives just you another 4% (after next patch), everyone will be getting healed for 164% of the damage they deal...

Hmmm, near unkillable anyone? (at least if they all were a decent level)

Add, glyph of blood tap. (think it only works for the party) each group having 5x50-60% of max hp heal every 30 secs on top the auras.

I live in england and being only 18 I dont have much experience but I am looking into entering the army as an amunition technician.

If we DO want to do DKs, we need to give about 2 weeks notice so people can log in and level their DKs out of the starting zone. With all the server ques lately it will probably be smart to do this on a LOW pop server or Medium.

You get an error of "Invalid target" last I tried when wrath went live. And the entire place is phases so you can't run out / get a mage to run in to port you out.

Any action that would allow you to get out of the DK starting zone before you have completed the quests will give you a "You must break free of the Lich King's grasp before you can leave." message. Tried with both RAF summon, and BG summon.

Interesting tidbit, if you complete the Light's Hope event, and ride back to Acherus instead of using the Death Gate, you find Acherus empty until you use the Death Gate, which seems to be the defining moment of leaving the instance and entering the rest of the world.

Come to think of it, they really ought to add more "Help kill so-and-so quests" where you don't have to actually KILL the target, just help kill it.

The last time we had a get-together we had some snags with our EU players (they were dedicated enough to roll trial accounts!) and the chat system -- those without Wrath, or those lower than 55 (post patch, since you can't create DKs of different server/faction until then), or those not running the US client won't be able to participate. :/


As always, I'm happy to let any multiboxers use my vent server. :) And I donate summons (and I'm sure Suv would donate portals) if the event ends up alliance on Archimonde (PvP).



Hogger drops too fast for the number of 'boxers we had show up last time... Anyone know of any more challenging foes?

If we bring a couple of hundred toons, any servers "should" be able to handle it. but if we get a great turnout, and get five or six hundred or more (very possible if most of us show up with two to five toons), a low population server would be less likely to be brought to its knees.

Maybe our goal should be to invade a capitol city, like roll horde, and kill the king of Stormwind, or kill that arogant dude at the top of the tower in Darnasas. Or roll allliance, and do something similar a horde capitol city.

We went Alliance last time, much to my dismay. Since the last event started an hour before my work shift ends, by the time I drove home the event was well underway. Having no familiarity with alliance starting zones, it was a frustrating time. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and it was over before I got there. If it's alliance, I don't think I can handle it. It'd be fair to rotate which faction we do these things on. I'd rather not spend another half an hour trying to figure out how to get around like a total noob - only to miss the whole event.

Oh and NO MAGS come on guys dont you know your not going to get everyone there 75 percent of the time its locked to get in and u need to wait in que. Im sry for those that want it on your main relm but to be fair lets all pick a relm that everyone has to get on and keep that as our event relm. So we all go make chars on there right yey. Get them to leveled all to same level and then until next year on and off everyone work to get them to 80. This way we have a special mb relm for all of us to have fun in with mulitple classes. I know imma roll dk's cause i no longer have raf so i aint folling from scratch again. But those with raf can pick what ever classes they want and get them to 60 in a cpl days. We should make this for sometime in feb and everyone has their characters are 60. So its not that hard of a push no matter what you do and we are all the same. Then like i said before then over the next year we push for 80 just to have fun. I know it seems like a lot but we deff need a relm just for us to goto to say whats up to each other chill and relax and rape the opposite side hehe. Also make a guild called Mulit-Boxers United or something on that note for our mains. Then sister guilds for our alts. Does this sound like a good idea or no.

Then given this, the absolute best server to choose is AEGWYNN. Why? For several reasons.

1. There are not a lot of multiboxers there.
2. To get to it is easy, just sort the server realm list alphabetically and it's the first server in the list.
3. It's a LOW population realm.
4. Yours truly is on there with many shamans :-)

One thing about Aegwynn though, if you go there and you get to trade chat, you will see tons of people talking. Not just about me, but about all multiboxers. There are a couple that talk smack about me all the time because I kill their friends on the other side :-)

crap, that sucks. oh well. didn't think about mag being that full especially after all the transfers from mag that happened recently. i won't be able to participate. i just grinded my dks to level 68 (almost 69) and just can't go through setting up the FTL setup and grind to get out of the starting area. just way too burned out ATM. you guys have fun, though!
