I saw this on newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826100006 Seems like a cool idea. Not sure if it would work with WoW, or boxing, but it seems cool. I have my doubts that it really works, however.

i was thinking about getting one of those but then i started to read the reviews. it seems that it is still a little ahead of today's current technology and doesn't work as well as it should. it also doesn't seem like it would work very well with WoW, seems more like a fps based type of thing. but if anybody has tried this with WoW, or any game for that matter, i would love to hear how it worked.

It works well enough for what it IS, but the hype makes it out to be more than that. It's not. It's also not terribly useful for our purposes. It mostly goes off of things like tension in facial muscles...it's just too limited, and more important too distracting, to be of any significant use to a boxer.

i havent used it myself (and thank god i didnt waste the money on it), but i saw it tried on attack of the show a couple months back, and kevin looked like an idiot tryign to use it. like said above, relies on facial twicthes and jerks to work and it very complicated to figure out how to use it properly and get the most of it. imo, a huge  maybe in another century when your thoughts are converted to actions, then maybe...but not yet...

Started many years ago only a matter of time until it functions with retail computer games

Has anyone tried using a wii controller for multiboxing?

I can think of millions of applications... though i may look a little strange with a wii controller taped to my face...

Interesting. It would be better if there was an actual explanation as to how the thing works. I mean, the thing makes it sounds like after a bit of calibration, you can just THINK your commands, which sounds silly. Cool if it worked, but the cynic in me doesn't buy it.

Got a LOL outta me :D as all I could think of was Zoolander and him turning around with "the look". He should have strapped a Wii controller to his face, would have been ahead of his time!

Cool if it worked, but the cynic in me doesn't buy it. thats how it reads, but not how it works. comes from muslce twitches and such with the face. doesnt really pick up neural impulses but rather electrical impulses from the nerveous system...
