View Full Version : Heroic Azjol-Nerub last boss Anub'arak

Hey guys,

It's been a while since I posted some videos. I have all of the heroics done now (except Occulus of course). I'll start posting more videos, but this was a good one to start with . After running this on normal weeks ago and wiping all the time I never thought I'd get the heroic down. Gear makes all the difference in the world.

I changed my team quite a bit too. No more 5 shammies or 4 shammies and a paladin. I have a pally tank, mage, druid, shaman and priest. This really worked for me and made it possible to do all of the heroics.

The video is actually a little old, but it was my first heroic clear of AN.

I have Culling of Stratholme down to 23 minutes or so and started farming the Bronze Drake. I'll fraps that later today. Hopefully I make it in time for the drop lol.

I saw a post or two of others saying they had all the heroics done. I'd love to see the videos of them if people can capture them when they run them.

Very nice. I'm still running pally/4 shaman and have cleared 8 heroics myself. Still haven't done AK, AN, HoS or the obvious, Oculus.

Anyhow, it appears for most of that fight you are healing with both the druid and the priest since the druid barely shows up on the dps meter till late in the fight. Is this correct?

Thought the same. @ Aradar

Or it's just a Makro for hard passages like /cancelform +healing stuff. So the druid can help with hots.

Very cool, I'd like to kick Anub'Araks a** too, sometime^^

Yeah, when I did this I had the Druid start off with hots on me with the priest healing and switching to Moonkin. He is Moonkin spec all the way and now I can just heal with the priest. Earth and Moon is just too good with all casters to not have on the boss at all times.

It's a totally chaotic fight as you know, but a lot of fun if you can beat him.
