Hi Guys first let me say im in awe of the results of these setups. Ive watched a few Vids and decided i have to try it.
I wanna start out small though i have 2 accts atm i play 1 on my rig (x2 4400 2g ocz plat and a 8600gt) and my wife sometimes plays other on her laptop. i would like to start 2 new mages or shammys running on my pc with 1 monitor or i can pull a 2nd monitor out of storage.
Any of you guys able to tell me the easiest way to get this going?
Many thanks in advance.

Sorry i read the sticky already i didnt see any info on just running 2 accts on 1 pc in it i guess i could just reduce the number of wow folders to 2 and follow same steps just wondered if there was a simpler route.

I still don't see the point of creating seperate WoW folders. I'm quad boxing my chars all out of the same folder and it works fine.

You're running a quad core processor... if you have 4 separate WoW folders, you can set the "affinity" of each WoW.exe to be running on a separate core of your CPU. That way, the CPU load is spread across your 4 cores and you are taking advantage of that sweet quad core you have. It'll run a lot smoother.

Keyclone can set the affinity differently every time you load the same application? I was under the impression that affinity was for separate applications, which would require 4 WoW folders.
Shows what I know... I don't have a quad core heh

On one machine I have 2 copies of WoW.
Each on a seperate hard drive (in theory makes it read/write faster because it's on seperate drives).
And each with a different video/sound setting. One is for my main with full sound and video.
The 2nd is a neutered with everything off.

@Gallo
no.. you'd have to create a separate command for each processor (i really need to push an update)
