Hey everyone,

Well, I currently TRY to smoothly run my 5 box team (4 mages, 1 priest) on a system that is OBVIOUSLY not powerful enough.
In my Month off from College, I will be working full time and should be able to afford a little spending =D therefor, I need a new PC for my Team.

as of now, this is my system:
Case: Antec 900(sexy)
Motherboard: MSI K8 NEO4 MS-7125
CPU: AMD64 Athlon
Memory: 2g RAM
OS: Windows XP Home SP2
Graphics: MSI 8 Series (OLD)
Hard Drive: 120g...wtf. DEF need something larger so i can have 5 seperate WoW folders.
Also looking to get an X-KEYS Professional since the Belkin N52-TE is terrifail when it comes to being a macropad

That's all that really matters....I will most likely use the rest of the components in my new PC....ie: sound card, network card, drives,etc...\

OK so...Price isnt too much of an issue, but i dont want to spend 5 grand on this thing either lol.

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful, nobody knows better about MB hardware then you guys =D

Thanks in Advance, and have a Happy and Safe New Years Eve

i'm looking at building this exact pc (or something extremely close to it). its just about $2,500 but you didn't mention anything about monitors so if you take out those from this its just about $2,100. if you want you can add another 6G of RAM to make it even better.

Hope this helps some. ^_^

thanks a bunch yoyo...i checked out that cart and removed the stuff i already have, monitors, cd drives, and the case(already have that same one =D) brought the price down to 1900 so i can add some more RAM and be set to go :)

Something similar to this would work if your concerned about money.

After rebates it's like $680 and that's everything minus case, cpu fan, a vanilla dvd drive and vista 64 which you could probably get at a discount from your school. You could swap the ssd for just a normal 10k rpm drive or just use the 120g. That system is very similar to what I'm running but with a better graphics card. Mind you this was built with budget in mind and if you play on a decently populated server you will get mediocore frame rates in org and I doubt dalaran would be feesable times 5. But that could be solved by a simple graphics upgrade. You can snag a x260 for $234 basically another 100 bucks.

-edited: Haha way late on my post.

well like i said, money isnt really an issue as long as this PC isnt going to require me to take a second mortgage lol
