I am looking to play 3 maybe 4 accounts at once on one PC. I have a PC that is more than capable of doing so.
I have a logitech G15 keyboard and this plethra of keys on the left side that I never use.
What I would like to be able to do is some how assign those G keys to keystroks on the inactive accounts. If I could do this some how I think that the rest could be done in macros with out much trouble.
Anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?

CShadowRun released a G15 Super macro program Which you can use for customising your G-keys.
For sending it to the inactive Windows, Keyclone is your best solultion.

Thanks for the reply I think I have an idea where i need to go with this now, if I can map non used key characters that arent used on a standard US keyboard to the G keys on my G15 keyboard then I could use Keyclone to clone those keys to the other clients, only thing is haveing those keys do nothing on the clients I dont want them to do anything on and only set them for the clients I need.
So as long as I can find a way to use those other characters in wow and on the G15 this should be a hell of a setup :)

Use Keyclone's "Keymaps" feature.

or you could have the G keys trigger a keymapped key. then, on your clones, only map it to a key if you want to. so your melee won't be trying to cast and your healer won't try to charge ;)
btw, one useful hotstring is 'opening.salvo' and 'buff.1', 'buff.2', 'buff.3'
note: don't use caps and use dots instead of spaces... trust me on this one
