Toggle Hotstrings?

I might have missed an already available feature, but I did quite a bit of poking around and can't find it. Is there a way to toggle hotstrings, similar to the toggling of broadcasting? I ask this because of the last boss in DTK. He turns my guys into skeletons and switches my main bar to a possession bar, it would be quite handy to simply be able to turn off the hotstrings on every character and simply broadcast the key pressed. For example presing 4 on the main sends Ctrl Alt E to an alt, I could toggle the hotstring off and have 4 pressed on the main and send 4 to the alt.

If it's not available I invoke my feature request priveledge :D
