Hello. Not very technologically bright so please excuse the lingo. I have the maximiser set so that the wow screens are running on my 2nd screen (not really a 2nd screen, but i hit a button on the monitor and it switches views i suppose) but when i hit my button to change the "picture" (believe its Pip), it moves the main "picture" to my first screen, so i would have to hit the button on the monitor and go back to my first screen. not exactly sure what to do, and it wont go back to how it was when i switch back to the orignal "picture." anyway to fix this? thanks in advance :)

huh? your monitor has multiple inputs and you are flipping between them? is that useful??

you can always disable the pip feature by clearing the pip hotkey for each region.
just left click the region to select, click in the pip hotkey area and hit 'del' to clear it

(i hope i helped answer your question)

Interesting idea actually... My monitor has something similar, I can hook 2 computers into the back of it and select input 1 or 2 to view the data from each computer. I never thought about hooking both outputs on a single computer into the same monitor and then using the input select button to switch between the "screens".

Anyway, I don't have a solution to your problem but I did think that was a pretty cool idea and wanted to clear up what your setup (most likely) is so other people would know.

:D nah its not really all that useful. i never use it. this is the only time i've seemed to have any use of it. it seems that the game runs better on the other input for some reason. guess ill just have to split the screen with them. oh well, thanks :)

dont really know if this is needed or not, but a type of solution i found was to just right click on them in the keyclone and "unmaximise" then "maximise - region (1 or 2)" . this way i didnt have to restart the clients and keyclone to fix them back to the orignal spot. :)

Sorry mate I dont have the answer to your question but I would suggest that it is related to the moniter itself therefore you may be able to find a forum about it or something, I am sure you are not the only one that has noticed this problem.

On a similar theme, I bought myself a shiney new 42' plasma screen for the living room about a year ago and it has a feature where you can have one source on the main screen and then a second in a smaller box within the main screen or you can have it split 50/50. I tried to box with this not so long ago at whilst it sounds brilliant, in reality it is a bloody nightmare.

A note on PIP...

Unless text is legible in both windows, a 50/50 split is not optimal.
Most of the time, you're better off with one larger window which is easier on the eyes and makes the game enjoyable to view, and then a number of smaller windows which can be swapped with the larger window when required.
