Anyone boosting/PLing with a DK?

Hello everyone,

Long time reader of these forums and first time poster! Like the title says, just wondering if anyones Boosting / Powerleveling with a DK? If so, any suggestions for someone just starting? Or if theres a thread on this already, can someone point me to it?

I currently have a lvl 80 Unholy tank spec'd DK and going to start RAF leveling 4 Shamans in the next few days.

Run around and gather up a bunch of mobs, Plage strike, DnD, Unholy Blight, then pestilence is what I have been doing. I haven't done a lot by any means, Probably 4 or 5 VC runs and 6 Stocks runs. My highest DK is only 61 atm so it definetely isn't my prefered toon to do boosting with. At 80, you should be doing quite well.

I used my 60 DK on RFC, after that I've started using my 70 mage. I will likely be going back to the DK soon as my Shamans are catching up to him. He is Unholy as well. I forget its name, but I have the talent that lets you keep the minion. So what I would do is gather everything up, cast DnD and then put pet on defensive and just let him go nuts. He ate them up pretty quick. I'm sure tactics change as the mobs get tougher, but spec'ing to keep the minion out to sick on the mobs after you AE them might be something to keep in mind.
