Don't pass movement to your secondary characters. Use /follow for them instead.

can anyone give me the key settings
cant anyone make a newbie guide? :p
how to make key bindings and that :p and what keys most use
Sheesh the software was just released and is still a bit buggy. Try and work it out yourself first then if you still cannot answer your own questions then ask around. VERY few people have used it as it is so new.
Who knows, maybe a few weeks from now you will write a newbie guide for others.

No offence, kohoved, and I really don't want to put you off multi-boxing, but there's actually quite alot of groundwork involved in setting up your team, and you need to be prepared to work things out for yourself.
This place is a great support network, but you must at least put some effort in.
From what you've said, it sounds like you're trying to use the same movement key bound to all characters. That just won't work, for reasons that will be obvious if you think about it, and you need to research what to do to make things work for you.
There are lots of topics covering that on these boards, so I'm sure you'll find a comprehensive solution that suits your personal needs.
The key to successful movement (or at least moving from place to place!) is to use a /follow macro, bound to the same keystoke for all your team members.
If you don't understand key binding yet, I suggest you spend a little while playing with it, because it's what underpins multiboxing :)
I hope you find what your looking for, but if you want to be able to just switch everything on and have it work then I'm afraid you're out of luck - boxing takes effort, and that's where I derive most of my satisfaction.
Good luck, and don't hesitate to come back with specific questions. We all love to help newcomers out - they just need to show some willingness to help themselves too :D

wee i just got it working with the follow thing :p
but i seen in a movie that all the party members move out in a half circle or so.

Congratulations!
You have now officially progressed beyond the Beginner's Haven and need to start reading the stickies over at the general forum.
In particular, take a look at the one entitled "Spread Out Macros / Formations", which I won't link because there are other things you should read on that forum too :)
