Ok, so i am new to multi-boxing and the extent of my experiences have been playing two wow accounts in windowed mode to take advantage of the refer a friend bonus. I simply click back and forth between the windows. It gets tedious but i am used to it. My only problem with this is that it makes the game hard to see cause i have to make the windows so small.
I think switching over to something like keyclone would give me a smoother playing expeience.

So anyway i was wondering if i could set it up so that i could also run a chat window in the maximizer screen. I haven't bought the program yet. I downloaded it after reading the tutorial only to find out it wasn't free. So i would like to know if for example i could have two wow windows up and a chat window. I use the chat program trillian.

Is this possible?

Howdy Sancti and welcome to the forums!

keyclone's maximizer allows you to layout your regions how you wish. if that means you want to leave an area for your chat app, that's up to you. you could use a 5 region layout and only run 4 regions... leaving the 5th free for a chat window (i've done this in the past)

if you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note.

have a great night and welcome to the addiction,

Rob (keyclone developer)

ooh ooh ooh ! he is moving from a clicker/tabber to a proper boxer! gz for making the choice you wont regret that!

first off though, it might seem logical but some forget.. do NOT link the chat box with wow.. had a guy do that last night lol. he plays a rogue and the convo with him was like this:

hi 33333333343333334333
how are you4333333343333333333/follow
33333334444444
ect :P
ok on setting it up you can easily make room for a chat box, you can also add the chat box into keyclone and just remove it from passing keys. that way you can use it with maximizer so you dont always have it up taking space away from the wow windows view.

also if you do decide to go with keyclone its 1 of the easiest programs to use for multiboxing, and doesnt lack any power it gets ease from the fact it was built for wow.

good luck with your boxing adventures.
