Double monitor Stand

I am in the market for 2 or 3 of these

Ergotron double monitor DS100

BUT would like to find other manufacturers of this type of item
anyone have any suggestions?

it seems they are kinda the Main ones on the web and $265.00 each is
a bit steep, when boxes have worked so far hehe

I made a vertical one with about $50 of stuff from Lowes (Home Depot)and an auto parts store.

I'll post pics

Essentially a few u-bolts, saddle brackets, 1 1/4" pipe - (1) 24" and (2) 4", pipe floor flange, some 1" square tubing etc.

I made mine out of an old 2x4, a couple drywall screws and a few screws I had to buy (to go through the 2x4, into the VESA mounting holes)

edit: oh yeah, and a little duct tape
