Medallion of the Horde (found in Org) or Medallion of the Alliance (found in SW)
It costs almost 50k honor, but it is the 1 item with no requirements that you will not be replacing at all. It has 84 resilience on it! and the usual 2 min cooldown. A must have.

Yeah I picked them up last night myself, good pickup...especially if you don't have the TBC 2 minute pvp trinkets (i didnt), also I'm definitly feeling battlemasters for the other trinket slot...well, as soon as I can reach the PR req for it

I was going to buy the belt first. Its a big upgrade for me along with BS being able to make a 2nd socket for it.
BTW, is is just me or do shamans have hp on par with clothies?

I've gotten:
* Savage shoulders for Emblems (won't be replaced until high rating)
* Hateful cloak for honor (won't be replaced until high rating)


Currently thinking about buying Hateful ring for honor aswell, since it's won't be replaced when you buy Deadly ring.

I did bracer and neck on one guy and bracers and ring on the others. They were big upgrades.

It's been a while since I needed to use Insignia to break free of crap in PvP. I was under the impression that using it on your slaves follow key wouldnt use it unless you needed it?? Currently it uses it whether or not you are incapacitated. =/

Ghost wolf, anyone? Won't break sap, but makes you immune. Not as fast as epic mount, but a great way to travel in BGs, you are a lot less visible as well.

Rank 4 sap works on humanoids, beasts, demons, and dragonkin now. Funny to see a druid in travel form get sapped midfield now or a warlocks demon. So now we can get sapped and hibernated in ghost wolf.
