The best way to get help on these forums is to start by doing some research for yourself. There are dozens and dozens of posts about healing in a shaman group. All varied and all containing some useful information. Once you have a base knowledge of how to use the search and get some of the simple things figured out, people will be very willing to help you out. This is a great community, but you won't find a lot of help if you aren't willing to do some homework for yourself first.

Omg, use common sense mate. If a rogue comes against you, he'll probably only damage one char at the time, so you will need a macro to heal 1 person. Let's say a mage step in and freeze you all with frost nova and start spamming you with blizzard, then a macro which heal everyone would be of great advice here. You'll have to be creative since no situation in PVP is ever the same twice.

And no, there's is no "ultimate macro" to heal you.
