Hi everyone. After following these forums for 5 months I finally decided to multibox myself.

My first question is about RAF, this is what I'll do:

First I unfreeze my old account by paying for one month. Then I'll recruit with this account another account by sending an e-mail to him and then entering the cd-Keys. Then with the new account I'll do a thirt account then with the thirth a fourth and with the fourth a fifth. This is the max I can get out of Raf yes? If I am right I should have now on the accounts 1,2,3,4 one free month extra so 2,3,4 will have 2 free months.

My second question is my hardware spec:

With the new expansion I was wondering if my pc will be able to support wotlk.

My spec:

- Geforce 9600 GT

- 4 gigs of ram

- Quad core

- And a abit motherboard

I hope this will do and can't wait anymore :D .

could just have the main account recruit and get all the free months on that account

need more ram, 6-8 gigs. I have 6 gigs with 4 accounts. Note: you'll be able to run it, just with lag.

The advantage with cascading RAF links is that you end up with more net bonus levels because you gain additional levels to gift as a result from receiving the gifted levels

leveling 1-60:

A->B
A->C
A->D
A->E

total of 120 bonus levels to characters on account A

vs

A->B->C->D->E

A gets 45 levels
B gets 45 levels
C gets 45 levels
D gets 30 levels

165 total bonus levels, spread out but easy to utilize if your leveling up multiple teams

I run with 4G of Ram with no issues, very little lag, you will want to make sure you spread your CPU load out to the 4 cores versus one core handling the whole thing. I think you should be OK I run 4 with little issues, yes there is going to be some lag some of the time but for the most part you will experience lag regardless.

I hope this will do and can't wait anymore :D .what OS are you running? a lot of people who 5-box here would recommend you get another 4 gb ram (8 gb total) and 64-bit vista. 9600gt should be able to handle it ok, won't be able to max out all your settings obviously. also, read up on symlinking your wow directory, this alone will improve load times/decrease jumpiness in cities considerably.

just to clarify on this you will get 1 month on account A and then 1 free month on accounts B-E through purchasing a battlechest/WoW, then AFTER you pay for 1 month on accounts B-E accounts A, B, C and D will gain another free month. this will result in A having 1 free month and 1 payed, B having 2 free months and 1 payed, C having 2 free months and 1 payed, D having 2 free months and 1 payed, and E having 1 free month and 1 payed.

as for the rest of your system from what you have posted i have to agree with others and say you should go with 8 gigs, RAM is really cheap nowadays and 8 gigs will help alot.

hope this helps ^_^

Currently I am running my pc with xp. Thanks for all the great info I'll look into it in the next weekend. I'll try for now with 4 gigs and when I start wotlk and see to many lags I'll buy an extra 4.

Thanks everyone.
