Hello,

I have a question: does triple XP stop when one of the linked toon reaches 60, or when both of them reach 60?
I mean, I have a Pally that's at 59.8 and Priest that's at 59.3.
Soon the Pally will ding to 60 first, and when that happens, will the Priest still get triple XP? I know the Pally won't be getting triple anymore, but can the Priest still get one?

if one reaches 60, the one that's still 59 will get 3x exp. the one that's 60 will not.

Confirmed, you also shouldn't ding ANY character to 60 untill you GRANT A LEVEL to a new character so your new character can be level 29 or 30

Another question, the RAF official page says that once I reach 60, all giftable levels are gone... but some people have reported that it's still there... which one is true?
not that dinging to 60 would gift me extra giftable level, because 1 to 59 = 58 level gains = 29 giftable levels, and 1 to 60 = 59 level gains = still 29 giftable levels
but the thing is, if I grant from 60, then I can grant the second toon all the way to 60 as well, is that true?

The FAQ does not say that at all: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20588 ('http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20588')

There are only 2 stipulations listed:
1. The recruit may not grant a level to a character that is equal to or higher than the current level of the character he or she is playing.
2. Additionally, the recruit may not grant a level to a character that is level 60 or higher.

Gifted levels only go away when RAF expires.

once you reach 60, you will no longer gain 1 giftable level every two levels.
but you still have made 29 giftable levels and you can use it on anyone in the referral account so long as they're: lower level than you, below 60, partied with you, and within close range. you can gift levels at any level, even 80. just do it before your RAF expires. after 90 days you lose everything.

Wish I knew that earlier lol, I came back to WoW (I toke a break) 2 weeks before WOTLK release and that was a week after my RAF ended. I wanted to make a Death Knight, get XP till a bit before lvl 56, then RAF level him to 60 and I would be 61 with all the DK quests still available, fail! :(

You can not summon a DK out of the DK starting area. The reason for this is that you're still aligned with the Lich King until you complete the quest towards the end.

However, both the Veteran and Recruit account can roll DKs and get the RAF bonus by questing together. Myself, I did this with 5 death knights and we were at level 61 on leaving the DK starting area.
